- You should keep the original copy of the invoice for refund or exchanging any product.
- The merchandise must be returned in a new and original condition, in original cartons with the original packing, accessories, warranty, invoice, instructions and users Manual.
- Most merchandise may be return or exchange during 14 days only if does not meet the customer requirements.
- In case of any defect in the product within 90 days starting from the invoice date ,customer should check the after sales service department to take the fixing or exchanging decision.
- cables, Opened or unsealed items, cleaning products, ‘ life wise’’ products , digital cameras, electronics parts, Batteries, are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- The audio equipments (amplifiers / speakers …etc) are not refundable except in case of manufacture defect & according to the after sales service check decision.
- The third party items guaranteed by the product supplier which is written down on the warranty card inside the product package.
